In this tutorial, you will know that how to convert PowerPoint to PDF. There are 3 methods to convert or save Microsoft PowerPoint file (.ppt or any other PowerPoint format) as PDF file.
Method 1: For Microsoft PowerPoint for office 365, PowerPoint 2016, and PowerPoint 2013
Open PowerPoint source file, Click File in the top left corner.
Click Export option in the left sidebar.
Under Create a PDF/XPS Document, click Create PDF/XPS.
New window will appear. Here you can choose a location where you want to save your PDF file. Check Open file after publishing if you want to view file. You can optimize your file for standard and Minimum size. Also, you can change slides range, publish options, include non-printing information and PDF options by clicking at Options.
When you finalized, click at Publish button.
Method 2: For Microsoft PowerPoint 2010
Open your PowerPoint Presentation, click File in the top left corner.
Click Save & Send from sidebar menu.
Under File Types, click Create PDF/XPS Document.
Select a location where you want to save your file, enter the name of file if you want to rename and press Publish to create your PDF.
Method 3: For Microsoft PowerPoint 2007
Open your PowerPoint file (presentation) that you want to convert or save as PDF format. Click the Microsoft Office Button in the top left corner.
Click Print in the sidebar menu and select Print.
In Print dialogue, choose Microsoft Print to PDF instead of your printer and click OK.
Choose location where you want to save your PDF file and click OK/Save.
That’s it! You can go now to your selected location to see your converted PDF file.
