In this tutorial, you will know that how to convert PowerPoint to XPS Document. There are 2 methods to convert or save Microsoft Office PowerPoint file (.ppt or any other PowerPoint format) as XPS file.
Method 1: For Microsoft Office PowerPoint for office 365, PowerPoint 2016, and PowerPoint 2013
Step 1 to Convert PPT to XPS
Open PowerPoint presentation, Click File in the top left corner.
Click Export option in the left sidebar menu.
Under Create a PDF/XPS Document, Click Create PDF/XPS.
Select a location where you want to save your XPS file. After Save as type, click PDF (*.pdf) and select XPS Document (*.xps) from drop down menu.
Check Open file after publishing if you want to view file. You can optimize your file for Standard and Minimum size. Also, you can change slides range, publish options, include non-printing information and XPS document options by clicking at Options.
When you finalized, click at Publish button.
Method 2: For Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2010
Open your PowerPoint Presentation, click File in the top left corner.
Click Save & Send from sidebar menu.
Under File Types, click Create PDF/XPS Document.
After Save As Type list, select XPS Document (*.xps).
Select a location where you want to save your file, enter the name of the file if you want to rename and press Publish to create your XPS Document. That’s it!
