In this tutorial, we will talk about how to convert word file to PDF file. There are many ways to do that but I would like to recommend you 2 best methods:
If you have Microsoft Office installed in your laptop then this method suits you. The way to convert, it depends on Microsoft Office version which you are using. First of all, open your Word file which you want to convert or export as PDF file. If you don’t have then open MS Word and create new one and follow the steps:
For Office 365, Office 2016 and Office 2013: Click File in the top left corner.
For Office 2010 and Office 2007: Click on Microsoft icon in the top left corner.
Click Save As option from left sidebar menu.
Note: No need to do this step if you have Office 2010 and Office 2007 in your laptop/desktop.
Under Save As, make sure that you select Computer.
Under Computer, click Browse button.
In open new window:
Select location where you want to save your PDF file.
After File name, give name to your file if you like.
After Save as type, select PDF option from the list.
Click Save button to save your Word file as PDF file.
Here we go, you can go now to your selected location to see your converted PDF file.
If you don’t have Microsoft Office in your laptop then this method is perfect for you. Just follow the steps:
Open Smallpdf website in your browser.
Click Choose Files button in Smallpdf website.
Browse your Word file from computer which you want to convert or save as PDF file.
When you finish with file uploading, select Word to PDF option.
Press Choose Options button.
Once Smallpdf done with converting process, press Download button and select location from your computer where you want to save your converted PDF file.
Done! You can go now to your selected location to see your converted PDF file.
